Champion chuckwagon cook Glenn Moreland and his award winning crew are available to cook for your special event or party. Authentic chuck wagon cooking with a taste of the old west.

We usually serve groups of 25 to 100, but can handle larger groups with special arrangement. (That means we need to get more cooks to help).

Glenn Moreland and his crew have traveled throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma participating in chuck wagon cooking contests for eight years, now. They have also served many groups in the West Texas area for years. Glenn is a member of the American Chuckwagon Association.
